About the session

This is the coaching side of the house, and where your interview actually gets built. Before you ever sit across from a scored panel, you and your mentor work through the raw material: your story, your answers, your department knowledge, and the scoring criteria panels really use.

Your coaching will include a Vision Notebook template, our department study framework designed to help you learn the ins and outs of the departments you apply for. When the panel asks what you know about their department, you will be the candidate who smiles.
